Face Fixed roller keep rule: quantity is calculated from selected hardware. Confirmed contributors: 320307 +1, 321104 +1, 342912 +1, 321120 +1, Gear 15 Sizes 20/60/80/120 +1, Sizes 160 (343012) and 200 (343014) +2, stay grades other than Gr.0 +1; Gr.0 +0. Existing validated concealed/old-PVC rules remain unchanged.
Concealed roller keep rule: 320307, 321104, 321110, 321144 and 321146 each add 1 keep; 342901, 342902, 352125, 342910 and 342912 each add 1 keep; 342914, 321122, 321124 and 321126 each add 2 keeps; Gear 7 1RS adds 1, Gear 7 2RS adds 2; stay grades Gr.1, Gr.2/3, Gr.4 and Gr.5 add 1; Gr.0 adds 0.
Roller labels: parts that carry rollers are shown with (1R) or (2R) after the description. Face Fixed height linkage 2001mm+ now uses 342914 / TZBS0200-100043.
Common family pricing: all tilt bearings use £9.17 list less 65%; all roller/striker parts use £1.86 list less 65%, regardless of profile/system.
Handed concealed corner hinges audited: selector 28 mappings were checked across every concealed profile; RH/LH pairs are now complete and correctly handed. “Other” handles use £7.26 ex VAT as the default cost.
Concealed back corner drive: only one back corner drive is selected per kit — 321110 below 800mm width, 321124 from 800–1200mm, or 321126 above 1200mm.
Costing fix V11.13: priceInfo, kit totals, order totals and picking totals all use the supplier-rounded 2-decimal net unit price before quantities are summed.
Mila costing method: supplier cost totals now sum each part using its 2-decimal net unit price × quantity, matching Mila quotation/order-confirmation line rounding.
Mila 9mm Eurogroove validation: UNKNOWN Eurogroove 700×1350 LH, 9mm rebate / BS7 (Test Kit 4 / SQTE060390, 18 Aug 2026) confirmed 343038, 321122 as 1RS for this branch, 343111 pressure piece, no 315216 hinge packer, 377141 tilt bearing and 371361 ×5 strikers.
Mila large concealed validation: Aluplast Ideal 70, 1300×1750 RH (Test Kit 3 / SORD468241, 18 Aug 2026) confirmed 321122 as the 1RS back corner drive, no 321144/321146 bottom extension, 352125 ×1, both 342912 linkages and 372700 ×9 strikers. The correction is restricted to the supplier-tested 1251–1450mm width / 1601–2000mm height branch.
Mila concealed validation: Deceunink 2800, 965×1425 LH (Test 2 / SQTE060381, 18 Aug 2026) confirmed 321122 as the back corner drive with 1RS, no 321144 bottom extension, both 342910 linkages, and 372045 ×7 strikers. The override is restricted to the supplier-tested 851–1050mm width / 1401–1600mm height branch.
Mila repair-kit validation: UNKNOWN Face Fixed repair kit 810×1035 RH (Ref E/61337) was checked against Mila quotation SQTE060376 dated 18 Aug 2026. The handed basic bag is 311122 RH / 311123 LH; the 5-striker calculation and remaining selected components matched the supplier quote.
Current release: final working build for 13 Aug 2026 testing; outstanding supplier prices remain intentionally unpriced until confirmed by Mila.
Additional stay invariant: Mila 352125 is limited to a maximum quantity of 1 per sash across all kit builders.
Back-corner invariant: Face Fixed, Concealed 13mm, Concealed 9mm Eurogroove and Old PVCu builders are limited to a maximum of one back corner drive per kit. A final safety check removes any accidental duplicate.
Old PVCu concealed keeps: striker quantity now uses the same component roller-count method as the other concealed systems instead of the previous width/height estimate.
Full lookup audit: all runtime lookup tokens were checked across every supported Concealed 13mm and Face Fixed 13mm profile. Aluplast Ideal 60 tall Gear 15 Size 200 lookup was repaired; unsupported Face Fixed 9mm profiles are no longer offered in the 13mm Face Fixed selector.
Mila quote request: the button creates a formatted system-details and Mila parts table for every kit, with no internal calculator prices shown. It asks Mila to check for incorrect, missing, superseded or unnecessary parts and return a current quotation using your normal account pricing.
